CLIENT RELATIONS
Appropriate communication between ARSI and our
clients is the foundation of a superior working relationship, ensuring
the maximization of account receivable efforts. Each ARSI client is assigned
to an industry-specific Client Relationship Manager. That Manager is part of the client's
cross-functional team, always aware of any client issues. This single point of
contact creates a simplified communication stream with full
accountability.
Reporting to the client on a regular basis allows
ARSI to communicate the exact status of placed accounts. ARSI's standard
reports allow our clients to gain a wide range of information. These
reports include a master report of all assignments, spin reports,
collection rates, and remittance reports on a monthly basis. Using Crystal Reports and SQL, a variety of
custom reports can be created. ARSI can further use
data-mining techniques to create ad hoc or specialized reports,
providing greater insight to portfolios.
ARSI also offers our secure web-based Client Access
Portal, which allows clients to review all collection notes, trust
transactions and current status. Clients can also utilize the Client
Access Portal to generate a wide variety of statistical reports. These
reports can be viewed online or downloaded in Excel or TXT format.
